Bartender, Makati

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Bartender to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving beverages to guests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar. This position also supports inventory, reporting, and other operational tasks to ensure excellent guest service and efficient bar operations.

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar and storage areas
• Handle inventory, requisitions, and daily bar reports
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and bar mise-en-place
• Serve guests at the bar and support suggestive selling
• Follow service standards for wine handling and beverage presentation
• Assist with cashiering when assigned and work across outlets as needed
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
