Marketing Manager, Makati

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate and sales to lead our marketing initiatives, manage client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing expertise with hands-on sales experience, ensuring both brand excellence and business performance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities.
• Maintain and enhance the companys brand image and reputation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Use research insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team; set objectives, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Facilitate the transfer of property titles.
• Achieve sales targets and manage client relations according to company policies.
• Provide updated property listings, respond to inquiries, and conduct property viewings.
• Profile incoming tenants and prospective buyers.

• Bachelors/College Degree, preferably in Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Licensed broker is preferred.
• Familiarity with transfer of titles process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and motivate a team.
• Strong office management and people skills.
