Kidney Care Operations Manager, Makati

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the kidney care unit or dialysis center, ensuring seamless workflows, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, guidelines, and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of patient care.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies related to kidney care services.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of patient care and operational performance.
• Prepare for and manage audits by regulatory bodies, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that each patient receives personalized care plans and that treatments are consistently delivered to the highest standards.
• Identify areas for operational improvement, develop process optimization initiatives, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in kidney care, incorporating innovations that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a dialysis center as an Operations Manager is required.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare environment, with a deep understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.
• Experience in shift lead roles within a dialysis center, overseeing the daily operations and staff coordination.
• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving operational excellence.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and industry standards specific to kidney care and dialysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, senior management, and patients.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and make informed decisions to drive operational success.
