Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Process orders, transactions, and account updates accurately
  • Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and sales goals
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times


Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • With at least 6 months of sales experience (required)
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle objections and upsell when necessary
  • Team player with a positive attitude
