QA/QC Manager, Makati

The QA/QC Manager Civil Engineer oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities for high-rise construction projects, including data centers, hotels, and condominiums. This role ensures that all civil works meet design specifications, construction standards, and regulatory codes while maintaining high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for civil works on high-rise projects.
• Inspect and monitor construction activities including structural, concrete, and foundation works.
• Review and approve project documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, and test reports.
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective actions until resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and documentation for project audits.
• Train and mentor site engineers and QC inspectors on quality procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise construction projects (data centers, hotels, or condominiums).
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and practices (ACI, ASTM, local building codes).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
