Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development and sales of industrial machinery, including plastic injection molding machines, painting equipment, metalworking machines, and automation/robotic solutions. This role is based at our Philippines office, part of a publicly listed, full-line machinery trading company with 36 global locations. Many of our employees have built long-term careers here, including transitions from local hires to expatriate positions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct sales visits, starting with existing clients and expanding to new business development.

2 . Identify client needs and select appropriate products.

3. Promote new products and prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint.

4 . Prepare quotations and manage the process through to contract conclusion.

5 . Handle import and export operations.

6. Develop new products and suppliers for the companys portfolio.

7. Undertake overseas business trips several times per year.

Must have a driver's license

• More than 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Service Engineer (if he/she has good communication skills)
• Good communication skills
• A bachelors degree in engineering or a related industrial field is preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Candidates with sales experience in the manufacturing or machinery industries are preferred.

If a highly experienced candidate is available, they may be considered as a successor to the current 60-year-old sales executive.

You will report to a Japanese manager, and the team consists of two sales staff and two service engineers.
