JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • Open for fresh graduate
  • With experience is advantage
  • Willing to work on site in Makati City
  • Amendable to attend interviews


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters
  • Coordinate new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Maintain and update personnel records, including hiring, transfers, and terminations
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing mail, and organizing digital and physical files
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
