Pub Bartender, Makati

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in opening and closing duties
