JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications and Standards

• College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field
• With basic accounting knowledge
• With 2 years experience in Restaurant management
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Strong communication , problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues.
• Results driven and customer focused
• Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
• Ability to use the Internet, Out look, Word processing and Spreadsheet software and position specific software required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a culture of training and development.
• Lead by example as a proactive team player.
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the banks objectives
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.
• Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
