Multimedia Specialist / Content Creator responsible for producing creative content across all business units and to ensure consistent brand representation and drive

engagement across digital and on-ground platforms.

Content Creation

Develop high-quality multimedia content: photos, videos, graphics, and animations

Create content for social media, websites, e-commerce, ads, and in-store promotions

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and voice

Social Media & Digital Support

Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts

Assist in creating engaging social media posts, reels, and ads

Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website)

On-Ground & Event Coverage

Capture photos/videos of events, product launches, and in-store activations

Edit and produce highlight reels for campaigns and promotional use

Content Planning & Coordination

Maintain a content calendar for all business units

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Brand Officers to meet campaign goals

Suggest creative concepts and storytelling strategies

Reporting & Performance

Track content performance and engagement metrics

Recommend improvements based on analytics

Ensure timely delivery of all multimedia assets

Required Qualifications

24 years experience in multimedia or content creation

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent

Photography and videography skills

Knowledge of social media platforms and trends

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
