- Ensure works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and required quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and testing of materials and installations.
- Develop and apply inspection methods, quality standards, and control procedures.
- Prepare method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and safety-related assessments.
- Implement the approved QA/QC Plan on site.
- Monitor workmanship and verify conformance with specifications.
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed.
- Maintain and control essential QA/QC records, test results, and material documentation.
- Evaluate effectiveness of quality processes and recommend technical improvements.
