• Graduate qualification (Diploma or Bachelors degree).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in F&B.
• With experience in creating coffee and mix alcohol and other drink beverages

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement restaurant policies, procedures, and protocols.
