Talent Acquisition Specialist (3Headcounts)

Job Summary:

We are looking for three (3) Talent Acquisition Specialists to support end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on Executive/

Specialized/ and Support & Leadership (S&L) roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Executive/ Specialized/ and Support & Leadership roles
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
• Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements as needed

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any related course
• With 15 years of recruitment experience, specifically handling Executive and Specialized roles (Support & Leadership experience is required)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Can start ASAP
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Work Setup:

• Hybrid setup
• Required to be on-site 34 times per month
