Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Host/Server who can deliver a world-class dining experience. This hybrid role requires both the grace of a professional hostcreating a welcoming first impressionand the attentiveness of a skilled serverguiding guests through a flawless meal.

Key Responsibilities

As Host:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate estimated wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables with a professional demeanor.
• Ensure the host stand and entry area remain tidy and inviting.

As Wine Associate/Server:

• Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Take and deliver orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of table service, anticipating guest needs.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Process payments and thank guests sincerely at the conclusion of their meal.
