Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and returns professionally
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking merchandise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
