Job Description: Aircon Technician Staff

The Aircon Technician is responsible for ensuring that the stores facilities, equipment, and premises are clean, safe, and fully operational. This role combines technical expertise in air conditioning systems with general maintenance duties to support a safe, functional, and welcoming environment in line with the standards of the cosmetics retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and other store equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Assist supervisors with structural design, layout, and installation of store fixtures.
• Conduct minor repairs and installations, including doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, drywall, and other fixtures.
• Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Support opening and closing duties, including facility checks and securing the premises.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience in aircon maintenance, general facility maintenance, or related work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid drivers license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Salary: Minimum Rate , Monday - Saturday (9AM- 6PM)
