Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Work Setup: Hybrid (On-site in Makati 34 times per month)

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. This role supports various business units and leadership requirements by ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality hiring.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
• Source candidates for TSR, CSR, Medical, IT, and support/leadership roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment activities
• Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates

For Fresh Graduates:

• Open to fresh graduates with no prior recruitment experience
• Preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Willing to learn recruitment processes and sourcing strategies

For Experienced Candidates:

• With background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
