• Proven experience in recruitment is a plus
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to assess candidate skills and fit for the role effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
