Support the day-to-day operations of our office and assist with human resources functions. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, coordinating company activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with both staff and management. Candidates must be knowledgeable in government document processing and visa processing.
Administrative Duties
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and materials.
- Support daily office operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
Human Resources Duties
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview scheduling).
- Conduct onboarding and assist in employee orientation.
- Update and maintain employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave requests.
- Support employee relations activities and company events.
- Help implement and monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee requests and concerns to the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 23 years of experience in Admin or HR roles
- Knowledgeable in recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, and basic HR processes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
- Basic Communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR systems.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Assisted in processing government documents including BIR registration, business permits, and visa applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
