Description
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Officer (B2B) to lead and execute sales strategies focused on corporate client acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in fast-paced, service-oriented environmentspreferably within manpower, recruitment, or consultancy-related industries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and grow corporate clients
  • Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Identify and onboard new corporate accounts through prospecting, partnerships, and referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and client accounts
  • Drive account expansion, with commission increasing as the number and value of accounts grow
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong sales background, preferably gained from a manpower, recruitment, or other fast-paced service environment
  • At least 5 years of team leadership experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented


Compensation & Work Arrangement

  • Base Salary: 30,000 + monthly allowances
  • Commission: Above-average industry commission, with higher commissions earned through increased and sustained account acquisition


Work Schedule: 6 days per week
