Sales Staff (Retail), Makati

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance about jewelry pieces, materials, pricing, and care instructions.
• Help customers choose items based on their preferences, budget, and occasions.
• Handle sales transactions, issue receipts, and process payments accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of display cases and the sales floor.
• Monitor and protect merchandise, ensuring proper handling and security procedures.
• Assist in stock inventory, tagging, and restocking of jewelry items.
• Prepare gift packaging and perform light cleaning or polishing of display items.
• Address customer concerns or questions professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School / SHS High School / College Undergrad / College Graduate
• Good communication skills
• With or without sales or retail experience
• Willing to work onsite (Following Mall hours)
