Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.

Basic knowledge of web technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and network fundamentals.

Good understanding of website maintenance, SEO basics, and content management principles.

• Provide first-level support for IT issues, assisting users with software and hardware inquiries.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring information is current and relevant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to improve user experience and system performance.
