Licensed Architect;

More than 5 years of experience in Project Management with relevant capabilities;

Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand and product;

Deep understanding of the company and its position in the market industry;

Upholds company values and integrity to the highest level;

In-depth aptitude to analyze problems and to strategize for better solutions;

With advance knowledge in Project Management, Construction Management and Engineering (MEPFS);

Demonstrates ability to articulate latest industry trends and capability in applying such to potential and current projects with clarity and confidence;

Sets a good moral character example to employees;

Proficient in reviewing plans and detail drawings;

Has design knowledge and background; construction background;

Familiar with basic Interior and Architectural production drawings;

Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and MS Project;
