  1. Process company registrations, amendments, and compliance requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  2. Handle business permit registration and annual renewals (Mayors Permit, Barangay Clearance, etc.)
  3. Facilitate DTI registration and renewals, as applicable
  4. Assist in visa processing, renewals, and documentation for foreign employees or clients
  5. Liaise with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, DTI, LGUs, DFA, BI, and other regulatory bodies
  6. Prepare, submit, and monitor required documents, forms, and payments
  7. Track deadlines to ensure timely compliance and avoid penalties
  8. Coordinate with internal departments for requirements and supporting documents
  9. Maintain accurate records and files of permits, licenses, and official receipts
  10. Provide regular status updates on applications and government transactions
  11. Perform other administrative or liaison-related duties as may be assigned
