Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder
- With at least 3 years of work experience in HR
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati
- Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate onboarding processes such as orientation, document submission, and contract preparation
- Maintain accurate and updated employee files (201 files)
- Process employee data changes, movements, and updates in the HR system
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedule changes
