Finance Manager, Makati

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the companys day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This role will support compliance with local regulations, handle intercompany transactions, and provide financial guidance to help drive the companys growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership to improve processes, manage cash flow, and maintain strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage local accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• At least 57 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of local taxation and compliance; exposure to regional or international operations is an advantage.
• Solid experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
