Responsibilities

Responsible for the full cycle of financial accounting, tax compliance, BIR filings, audit coordination, internal control enhancement, process improvement, and team leadership.
Oversee financial accounting, general ledger maintenance, and timely financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, and government regulatory requirements, including preparation and filing of BIR returns and submissions.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, support audit activities, and preparation of required documentations.
Review and enhance internal control, accounting processes, and compliance procedures.
Analyze financial data, prepare management reports and support decision making.
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Handle reconciliations, variance analysis and resolution of accounting issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor/s Degree in Accounting, internal Auditing, Business Administration and other related studies. CPA license is preferred.
At least 3-7 years solid experience in accounting, auditing and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, taxation, and internal controls.
Proficiency in Accounting software
Relevant experience from construction industry is an advantage.
