We are looking for a skilled Pasteurization Technician / DAIRY PLANT OPERATOR to operate and monitor milk pasteurization equipment, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality dairy products on our UAE dairy farm or processing facility.

• Operate and monitor pasteurization machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure milk is heated to the required temperature and held for the correct time to kill harmful bacteria.
• Monitor and record pasteurization parameters such as temperature, flow rate, and time.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of pasteurization equipment.
• Inspect milk before and after pasteurization for quality and safety standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Assist with bottling, packaging, and labeling of pasteurized milk when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers and processing logs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols.

• Certificate or diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience operating pasteurization equipment.
• Knowledge of milk processing, quality control, and food safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
