The Online Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the companys digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through online platforms. The role focuses on social media marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Manage and grow the companys social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Create, schedule, and monitor online marketing content, promotions, and advertisements.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor online trends, customer engagement, and competitor activities.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage online inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
• Assist in website updates, SEO initiatives, and email marketing when needed.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in online or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, online advertising, and basic analytics.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail marketing is an advantage.
