You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of loan applications, from initial document collection to settlement, ensuring 100% compliance with Australian lending standards.


1. Core ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Pre-Submission & Packaging
  • Document Verification: Reviewing client documents (Payslips, PAYG summaries, Bank Statements) to verify income and "Living Expenses" against HEM (Household Expenditure Method) benchmarks.
  • Serviceability Analysis: Using tools like Quickli or lender-specific calculators to determine the clients borrowing capacity.
  • Credit Reporting: Ordering and interpreting Equifax or Illion credit reports to identify any potential "red flags" (e.g., undisclosed debts or defaults).
  • Valuations: Ordering property valuations through CoreLogic (RP Data) or ValEx.

Phase 2: Lodgment & Data Entry
