Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder
- Open to undergraduates with BPO experience
- Experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Willing to work flexible schedules
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely support
- Actively listen to customers to understand needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
