Senior FFE Designer, Makati

Seeking high skilled FF&E Designer who will take charge of furniture, finishes and equipment requirements across multiple projects. The role involves collaborating closely with the design team, presenting to clients, and assuring timely procurement and documentation of all FF&E items. Ideal candidates must be detailed oriented, organized, can work in a fast-paced environment and experienced in Design coordination and procurement.

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or Furniture Design
• Strong knowledge of furniture systems, materials specification and procurement process.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a network of vendors, suppliers and specialty item providers.
• Willingness to travel local and internationally as needed. Proficient in MS Office; knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp are advantage Excellent Communication, presentation and coordination skills
• Well-versed in reading plans and technical construction details
• At least 5 years experience.
