We are looking for a dependable and organized General Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role will handle administrative coordination, purchasing of supplies, and housekeeping supervision to ensure smooth and efficient workplace operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as an Office Liaison with suppliers, service providers, and external partners
  • Handle purchasing and procurement of office and operational supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase requests
  • Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and reports
  • Support day-to-day office operations and perform other tasks as assigned by management


Qualifications:
  • College level or graduate of any course
  • Experience in administrative work, purchasing, or office coordination is an advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do field work when necessary
  • Trustworthy, flexible, and proactive
