The Housekeeping Utility Personnel is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of assigned condominium and common areas. This role supports the overall comfort, safety, and satisfaction of residents and tenants by ensuring that all areas are consistently clean, well-maintained, and compliant with building standards.

• Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures
• Properly use and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and materials
• Collect and dispose of trash following building sanitation procedures
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow established safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during special tasks or scheduled deep cleaning
• Observe proper conduct and professionalism when interacting with tenants and staff

• At least high school graduate
• Preferably with experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or utility work (condominium, office, or commercial building is an advantage)
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions, safety rules, and building policies
• With good attitude, discipline, and teamwork
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
• Preferably residing in or near Makati City
