Requirements:

3 + years experience as a professional kitchen/ head cook

Proven experience in restau-bar, casual dining, or gastro-pub concepts.

Culinary degree or certification

Ability to work during night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Food and safety sanitation certificate is a plus but not required.

Fast-paced cooking with consistency during peak hours
