Billing Team Lead, Makati

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Team Lead to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records through meticulous analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. You will play a critical role in managing journal entries, reviewing key financial accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Your ability to work independently and handle complex financial tasks under pressure will be essential to your success in this position.

Overview of the role

As a Billing Team Lead you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the processing of invoices using various billing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide daily support to billing associates in preparing billing statements, maintaining client and vendor records, and handling billing discrepancies.
• Manage and prioritize the billing workload to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies to resolve issues and payment inquiries. Monitor unbilled media and collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve pending items.
• Conduct weekly reconciliations with Media Buying, Media Planning, Agency Finance, and Client Services teams.

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Tech, Financial Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in media, advertising, or similar industries.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting or financial systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing client account groups or teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
