Your Role:

• Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
• Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
• Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
• Generate & send medical reports

Qualifications:

Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates

No experience required (prior experience is a plus)

Good communication skills

Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
