- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; assertive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other monitoring tools
- MS Excel Skills (highlighted for emphasis)
Description:
- General Office Support: Assist in day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Other Duties: Provide general administrative support as needed to various departments and management.
Engagement Duration: 6 months contract (can be extended depending on the performance)
Work Set-Up:
Work On Site
Monday Friday / 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
