Finance Staff, Makati

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial reconciliations

Process disbursements and ensure timely payments

Handle liquidations and reimbursements

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as necessary

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

At least 24 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems

Experience in a multinational or BPO environment is a plus
