Job description:

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology course and other related business course.
• Minimum Two (2) years experience in handling international and local end-to-end purchasing or buying process
• Preferably knowledgeable in procuring IT related products such as Servers, IT equipment, Software Licenses, etc.

• Responsibilities includes processing of Purchase Orders, claims on shortages/overages and damages, Shipping status and import and export documentations.
• Monitors the full-cycle inbound process for commercial and non-commercial goods shipped through Air and Sea from different countries.
• Responsible to ensure integrity and accuracy of Supply Chain Management Systems (e.i. MSM, JDE, MES).
