Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in Electrical design, estimation, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a valid PRC license, a bachelors degree in electrical engineering, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in the building services, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This role requires a proactive professional capable of leading technical design, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to project success from conception to completion.

Academic Requirements

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
• Valid and current PRC Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license.

Core Competencies

• Electrical & System Design: Expertise in designing electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and communication systems compliant with local standards and client specifications.
• Project Management & Coordination: Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
• Cost Estimation & Tendering: Strong skills in preparing accurate estimates, budgets, and tender documents for electrical works.
• Technical Documentation & Software Proficiency: Skilled in creating and reviewing detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local electrical codes, safety standards, and PRC regulations.
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Capable of mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high standards in design, estimation, and project execution.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Valid PRC Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license.
• 3+ years relevant experience in design and estimation.
• Extensive experience in project management, design coordination, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent.
• Membership in professional organizations is a plus.
