Document Controller Officer, Makati

Maintain and control all plant documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Manuals, Policies, Permits, etc.).

Ensure proper document versioning, revisions, and approvals.

Create, update, and distribute controlled documents following the companys document control procedures.

Ensure that only the latest document versions are used across all departments.

Ensure documents comply with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BPI, NMIS, and other poultry regulatory requirements.

Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents and records.

Maintain confidentiality and security of documents.

Organize and file production records, QA logs, sanitation records, traceability documents, and other key operational data.

Track document expiry dates (calibration certificates, permits, licenses, contracts).

Coordinate with all departments for document submissions, updates, corrections, and approvals.

Assist in preparing document-related reports as neede

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration,

Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

Preferably 12 years experience as Document Controller or similar administrative role.

Experience in poultry processing, meat industry, manufacturing, or food facility is an advantage.

Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO documentation is a strong plus.
