Project Manager, Makati

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the lead point of contact for multinational and private clients. Manage expectations through regular reporting, steering committee meetings, and proactive communication.

-Manage project budgets, forecasts, and P&L. Oversee the procurement process and ensure all obligations to sub-contractors and suppliers are managed efficiently.

-Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand and product

-Deep understanding of the company and its position in the market industry

-Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-profile architectural and interior design projects. You will act as the primary bridge between multinational clients, our award-winning design teams, and external contractors.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect;
• More than 5 years of experience in Project Management with relevant capabilities
• Proficient in reviewing plans and detail drawings;
• Has design knowledge and background; construction background;
• Familiar with basic Interior and Architectural production drawings;
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and MS Project.
• Demonstrates ability to articulate latest industry trends and capability in applying such to potential and current projects with clarity and confidence.
