Line Cook, Makati

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and plate food items according to company standards and recipes

Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary supplies

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards

Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices at all times

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas

Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service

Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role

-Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

-Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
