Project Manager, Makati

• Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
• Coordinate with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and manage risks/issues
• Facilitate project meetings, requirements gathering, and change management
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• Open to Junior to Senior Project Managers (experience level will determine role scope)
• Background in software development projects is required; banking/financial services experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
