Software QA Tester, Makati

• Perform manual and/or automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability
• Review business/technical requirements and prepare test cases, scripts, and scenarios
• Identify, log, and track bugs or issues, working closely with developers for resolution
• Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Document and report test results, ensuring compliance with standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Open to junior to mid-level QA testers (experience level will define scope of responsibilities)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman) is a plus
• Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in software development or banking/financial projects is an advantage
