Description

We are looking for energetic Project Coordinators who will be responsible for assisting the team with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information for Activation Projects. You will be in charge of helping organize projects with the goal of getting them completed right, on time and within budget. Project Coordinators will monitor the overall progress of on ground staff and will update the Sr Project Coordinator regularly on each groups progress. You will be in charge of post event documentation, reporting and audit. 


  • Assists in the conceptualization of projects;
  • Prepares feasibility study of projects from costing, timelines, and systems;
  • Develops and monitors project timelines;
  • Provides client servicing throughout the production process;
  • Supplier sourcing and team manpower acquisition;
  • Activation or event proper management;
  • Responsible for handling and managing new and existing accounts;
  • Fieldwork for project planning and operations;
  • Will act as the main liaison between suppliers, manpower and agency;
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Provide accurate reports and project documentation
  • Evaluate Project Effectiveness
  • Develop and cultivate effective working relationships with team members
  • Go Getter positive attitude encouraged
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Willing to travel outside Metro Manila

  • Has team-management and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines 
  • Highly organized, resourceful and has good attention to detail even when under pressure
  • Good oral and written communication skills, has interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


 Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Previous related work experience at least 1-2 years, agency experience preferred but not a must
  • Confident, Self starter and resourceful
  • Go getter with positive attitude is encouraged
  • Willing to travel outside Metro Manila
  • Proficient in English, Tagalog is a must
  • Proficiency in other dialects is an advantage
  • Able to achieve mandated sales quotas
