Visual Display & Store Presentation

• Design, implement, and maintain attractive window displays, in-store layouts, and product arrangements.
• Ensure displays follow brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
• Regularly update displays based on promotions, seasons, and new product launches.

Sales Support & Customer Experience

• Arrange merchandise to highlight key products and encourage customer engagement.
• Monitor the effectiveness of displays and adjust to improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with store staff to maintain visual standards throughout operating hours.

Inventory & Product Handling

• Ensure proper product placement, tagging, and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product availability on display areas.
• Coordinate with the stockroom team for replenishment and rotation of merchandise.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with store managers, marketing, and sales teams to align visual concepts with business goals.
• Provide feedback on customer response and visual performance.
• Document visual setups and report any issues or improvement opportunities.
