Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients courteously, ensuring a professional first impression
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Keep the reception area clean, orderly, and presentable at all times
- Support daily administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, document preparation, and record filing
- Provide general administrative and operational assistance to the office and management team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Receptionist or in a related customer-facing role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable attitude
- Proven ability to organize tasks, multitask effectively, and handle shifting priorities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant office applications
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining a polished and welcoming workplace
