Patient Care Coordinator - CSR, Makati

Your Role:

Respond to patient inquiries through calls and emails, and manage appointment confirmations

Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and follow-up requests

Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Prepare, generate, and send medical reports

Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, and degree holders

No experience needed previous experience is an advantage

Strong communication skills required

Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
